Hi! Welcome to first grade! I am your teacher Mrs. Valdez. I have been teaching with APS for 13 years. I have taught every grade K-5 in the past 14 years. I am glad to have the opportunity to teach your first grade students for the 2022-2023 school year.

I graduated college from Highlands University and have a masters degree in Curriculum Development with an emphasis in Reading. I am Also TESOL endorsed.

I am married and have three children of my own. I love spending time with my family!
