1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Receipt scanner app, operated by Appyhigh  ("we," "us," or "our"). By using or accessing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 You must be at least 12 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement.

2.2 You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt, harm, or interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. User Content

4.1 The App may allow you to submit or upload content, such as reviews, comments, images, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Appyhigh  a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit the User Content in any media.

4.2 You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Appyhigh or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App's content without our explicit permission.

6. Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

6.2 Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

7.2 AppyHigh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India
