Strathon ("Strathon", "we", "us") is an AI voice fitness coaching app. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Strathon you agree to the practices described here.
You can use Strathon as a guest — no account or login is required. Most of your data stays on your device.

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app.
Account & profile data. Strathon does not require an account. Your fitness profile (goals, experience level, preferences) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to us.
Health & fitness data. Workout plans, completed sessions, and progress you create in the app are stored locally to operate the app's core features. We do not connect to Apple Health.
Purchase information. When you subscribe, your subscription status and purchase history are processed through Apple and our payments partner (RevenueCat) so we can unlock premium features and restore purchases. We never receive or store your full payment card details — Apple handles billing.
Microphone (audio). With your permission, the microphone is used for hands-free voice coaching during workouts. Audio is processed to provide the coaching feature and is not used to identify you.
Camera (photos/video). With your permission, the camera is used for AI form checks on your exercises. Camera content is processed to generate feedback and is not stored for advertising or sold.
AI chat and content. When you use the AI coach or form-check features, the text, prompts, or images you submit are sent to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) through our secure backend to generate a response. This content is used only to produce your result.
Usage and diagnostics data. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used and to detect crashes and performance issues, so we can improve the app. This may include device identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information
We use the data above only to: provide and operate the app's features; process subscriptions and restore purchases; generate AI coaching responses and form-check feedback; maintain security; and analyze and improve performance and reliability.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
We share the limited data described above only with service providers that help us run the app:
Apple — App Store, subscription billing, and StoreKit.
RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement validation.
Google Firebase (Analytics, Storage) — usage analytics, diagnostics, and delivery of exercise media.
Anthropic — AI processing for the coach and form-check features.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only as needed to provide their service to us.
Profile, plan, and workout data are stored locally on your device and removed when you delete the app. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained for as long as needed to operate and improve the service. AI requests are processed to generate your response and are not used to build an advertising profile of you.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability.
EU/EEA users (GDPR): you may exercise these rights and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Türkiye (KVKK): you have the rights set out under Law No. 6698, including access, correction, and deletion.
To make a request, email info@appxvalley.com. Because Strathon is guest-first and most data stays on your device, deleting the app removes your local data immediately.
Strathon is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and rely on Apple's and our providers' platform security. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
