This Privacy Policy explains how AppXValley ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Masnavi: Tales of Rumi mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

1. WHO WE ARE

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We designed the App to collect as little personal information as possible. The information involved falls into the following categories:
Information you provide
- Name (optional): If you choose to enter your name in the App's settings, it is stored locally on your device and used only to personalize how the App addresses you. We do not transmit your name to our servers.
- Messages you write: When you have a conversation with the in-App Rumi companion, the text of your messages is sent to our secure processing service so that a response can be generated. These messages are processed to provide the feature and are not used to build a profile of you or sold to anyone.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and diagnostic data: We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous information about how the App is used and to detect crashes and performance issues. This helps us fix problems and improve the App. This data is not used to personally identify you.
- Purchase information: When you buy a subscription, our payment partners process the transaction and provide us with information about the status of your subscription (for example, whether it is active). We never receive or store your credit card number or full payment details.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and operate the App and its features, including the Rumi conversation feature and the illustrated tales.
- Process and manage your subscription and unlock premium content.
- Understand how the App is used, diagnose technical issues, and improve the experience.
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
To operate the App, we rely on a small number of trusted third-party services. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function:

These providers may process data on servers located outside your country. We only work with providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for your information.

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the App and its features, to comply with our legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Information stored locally on your device (such as your name) remains under your control and is removed if you delete the App.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. 7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 8. SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Communication between the App and our services is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
