Terms & Conditions for AIPOS

Welcome to AIKDS. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using AIKDS, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• AIKDS is provided to assist restaurants and businesses by receiving and displaying orders sent from the AIPOS Point of Sale (POS) system.
  
  

• You may only use the App for lawful business purposes.
  
  

• You are responsible for maintaining your device’s security and ensuring the App is used in accordance with your business setup.
  
  

2. No User Accounts Required

• AIKDS does not require user login or personal account creation.
  
  

• All order data displayed originates from the connected POS system and is not stored or managed directly within AIKDS.

3. Data Display and Connectivity

• AIKDS only receives and displays order-related data sent by the POS system, including:

  1. Account name

  2. Order number

  3. Open time (the time an order is sent from the POS)

  4. Menu items ordered
     

• The App may collect limited technical data (e.g., device type or connection status) to ensure proper communication with the POS.
  
  
  

4. Data & Privacy

• AIKDS does not collect, store, or process customer or payment data.
  
  

• All order data shown in AIKDS is transmitted securely from your POS system.

5. Fees

• AIKDS is provided as part of the AIPOS system package.
  
  

• There are no separate fees or subscriptions charged for using the KDS App.
  
  

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities.
  
  

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App.
  
  

• Attempt to connect AIKDS to unauthorized systems or services.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

• AIKDS, including all logos, designs, and software, is owned by AIPOS SDN. BHD.
  
  

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• AIKDS is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  
  

• We are not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions caused by technical issues, third-party providers, or misuse of the App.
  
  

9. Termination

• We may suspend or disable access to the App if used in violation of these Terms.
  
  

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
  
  

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of AIKDS after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
