AIKDS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Kitchen Display System (KDS) app that receives and displays orders from the AIPOS system.
Display Data from POS: includes account name, order number, order time (e.g., time sent to kitchen or course away), and menu items received from the POS system.
Connection Metadata: limited technical data such as device type or connection status, used only to maintain communication with the POS system.
To receive and display orders sent from the connected POS system.
To update kitchen order status in real time (e.g., new, in progress, completed).
To ensure reliable performance and synchronization between POS and KDS.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Information displayed in KDS comes directly from the connected AIPOS POS system and is not shared externally.
We use secure communication between KDS and POS to protect data integrity.
We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or data loss.
The business owner using AIPOS controls the data sent to AIKDS.
