Below are useful registration tips for App State Hickory and App State Online students only.
Interested in switching to the App State Hickory campus or moving to an App State Online/Distance Learning program? Ask your academic advisor to send you the Campus Change Interest Form so you can meet with a University College Hickory/Online advisor and learn more about these options.

Hickory students may take classes at both the Hickory and Boone campuses. If you plan to attend only the Hickory campus, deselect “Boone” in the campus filter.

App State Online students may take courses at both the Boone and Online/Distance Learning campuses. Only students in fully online degree programs can enroll in Online/Distance Learning Campus courses. (See note below.)
If you plan to add a course outside your enrolled campus, consult your advisor first, as some courses are campus-restricted. For example, some web-based sections may be reserved for Boone campus students. Availability varies by course and semester.
