History/Social Studies Teacher

Hello!! My name is Mr. Cox, and teaching history is my passion. I want to bring the entire world into my classroom in a way that encourages my students to expand their horizons through the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom. When students enter my class, I want them to be excited about the prospect of discovering new and interesting ways of life that may be very different from their own. It is my desire to help my students become more open-minded and accepting of others, and I hope that by building skills of historical analysis and critical thinking, I can ensure that the next generation is prepared to handle the obstacles that life throws their way. When students graduate from my class, they will be prepared to be responsible and dutiful citizens, and they will have a better understanding of their personal morals, values, and beliefs.
