This study explores the immediate effects of motor imagery (MI) and action observation (AO) on improving gait initiation in individuals with Parkinson's Disease (PD). Participants will engage in a single 20-minute session of non-traditional exercises designed to enhance gait initiation through MI and AO techniques. The potential findings could lead to innovative interventions that significantly improve gait parameters, offering a promising alternative therapy for enhancing mobility in PD patients.
