Graduate Student, History, Teaching Concentration
Emma is a first-year graduate student in the History Teaching MA program at Appalachian State University. While she is originally from Spencer, MA, she gained her Bachelor's Degree in History and Government from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, GA. Although Emma is pursuing teaching, her historical interests lie in the intersection of women's and music history. Away from school, Emma loves to listen to new music, read, and cheer on the Toronto Maple Leafs.Â
