Outdoor School at RGMS
Outdoor School (ODS) has been a tradition in Oregon since 1963. Many times it is the highlight of a 6th grader's entire year, something they never forget. We are lucky enough to have the opportunity to attend ODS in several beautiful locations for an entire week. Students engage in learning about our local and regional ecosystem through four field studies- Plants, Animals, Soil, and Water. By getting out into the field, students explore the connections between them all.
This year, all 6th Grade students will be attending Outdoor School the week of September 30th-October 5th with their Language Arts class. They will meet at Robert Gray Sunday afternoon and return Friday afternoon.
