ESC Employees LPDC Information
Hello ESC Employee LPDC Ohio Licenses Renewal Candidates,
The following information will assist you in using the SCESC LPDC to renew your Ohio Licenses. The committee meets every other month and the last scheduled meeting is during the month of June.
Like you, many of our committee members take time off in June and July, please take care of your licensure requests by the first week of June.

APPLYING FOR LICENSE RENEWAL
APPLYING FOR LICENSE RENEWAL
- All license renewal applications and payments must be completed online through your CORE account within your OH|ID account
- 180 hours =18 CEUs =6 semester hours
- Update your BCI/FBI checks (digital fingerprinting services) to any individual required by Ohio Revised Code 3319.39.
- Choose the Stark County ESC LPDC IRN 014473 when prompted.
- Qualify for Consistently High Performing Teacher (CHPT)? See the requirements in the next section. Submit a completed form to lpdc@apps.sparcc.org BEFORE applying for a license renewal.
- Helpful Hint....when renewing multiple licenses. Complete the first application, including the signature, before clicking the "+Requesting Additional Licenses."

- AFTER receiving notification from SBoE that your license has been renewed- you MUST CREATE a new IPDP for your next renewal cycle
- IF APPLICABLE: Add a signed CHPT form as an ACTIVITY labeled 'Signed CHPT Form' as 180 contact hours.
