Important Evaluation Dates

May 1 - All teacher evaluations need to be completed.
May 10 - All teachers must receive a copy of their evaluation: Pinning evaluations meet this requirement.
June 15 - All data needs to be finalized in OhioES: OPES needs to be completed before this date
ORC3319.111 (E) Notwithstanding division (A)(3) of section 3319.112 of the Revised Code, the board shall require at least three formal observations of each teacher who is under consideration for non-renewal and with whom the board has entered into a limited contract or an extended limited contract under section 3319.11 of the Revised Code.
