Debbi Bailey is a consultant for the State Support Team Region 9. Her role includes working with Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports at both the state and regional levels. Debbi is committed to supporting districts around the critical needs in the area of social and emotional health. In addition, she provides professional development for the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment, the Early Learning Assessment, and a variety of areas that promote best practices in early learning.
Debbi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. She holds a current License in Social Work in Ohio. She brings with her a variety of professional experiences in the social work field including 20 years in district early learning programs, where she provided support to teachers and families experiencing behavior challenges with young children.

Leeann Weigman is a Consultant in the areas of early childhood, OIP/School Improvement and special education for the Region 9 State Support Team. Her role includes coordinating and delivering professional development and technical assistance to school districts in the areas of early childhood, special education accountability, and OIP/School Improvement. Leeann is also a member of the Regional Literacy Team.
Leeann has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education with an emphasis on Early Childhood Special Education from Bowling Green State University. She also has a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked in various positions in the areas of special education, administration and early learning for over 20 years.

Deb Bates is employed by the Stark County Educational Service Center and serves as a Parent Support Coordinator for districts in Stark, Holmes, and Wayne Counties. Deb works with families who have children with disabilities and their school districts to develop effective partnerships.
Deb has served as a parent support coordinator for over 10 years, working 4 years for Lincoln Way Special Education Regional Resource Center (SERRC) then the State Support Team Region 9, and now Stark County Educational Service Center.
Deb also co-facilitates Parent/Family Coffee Hours.
