Strategy Club
What Does Strategy Club Do?
The Strategy Club is a casual drop-in group of gamers. Members can attend meetings as often as they want. There is no commitment. Students in this club meet up to play board games, card games, and tabletop role-playing games. All game rules are taught on the day of the meeting, so you can just show up! No experience is needed to participate.
What Kinds of Games are Available?
We offer a wide variety of strategy games such as Bang!, Boss Monster, Mysterium, Munchkin, Pandemic, and more, as well as some classics like UNO, Chess, Risk, and Stratego. Students can also play collectible card games like Pokémon, YuGiOh, and Magic the Gathering. We also have a vibrant roleplaying community and have several groups playing Dungeons & Dragons each week.
What Else Can You Do?
We help gamers at SWHS connect and continue gaming outside of school. Students can connect on social media platforms and exchange friend codes to continue the gaming at home on PC and console. Join our unofficial Discord server to meet up after hours for more gaming!
Our Minecraft Server
Strategy Club previously hosted a student-run Minecraft server. However the host graduated, so if you'd like to host a game, contact us.
