South Windsor proudly hosts an Invention Convention for all fifth grade students. Students have the opportunity to present their inventions to local judges. This year's Invention Convention will be held on January 26, 2019 at Timothy Edwards Middle School.

The Connecticut Invention Convention (CIC) is an award winning educational program that builds STEM interests in students through invention and entrepreneurship.
