Read any book that qualifies under its type/category, then submit a form once you are done reading it. The goal is to encourage you to read a variety of books, whether you are in 1st grade or 5th grade!

You can only repeat categories TWO times. For instance, you can read two graphic novels and complete the form for each one, and receive 2 points.
10 completed = win a Pokemon stuffie (Dodrio)
15 completed = win a Pokemon stuffie (Dodrio) & set of Pokemon cards
