Required Forms

The following forms are required for the 2024-25 competition year. Be sure to check back often as this page will be updated throughout the semester.

Applications

Applications can be picked up in room 2627. Applications must be completed prior to September 20 in order to be considered for the team. You must meet all UIL eligibility requirements in order to compete. Classifications and ranking will be announced during our team meetings on Thursdays.

Contract

It is important that you are available for all competition days (Essay: January 14 and 15; Competition: January 24 and 25) of competition. By signing this contract you are committing to both days and will need to make sure you plan accordingly. If you are unable to attend, then a signed written notice must be submitted one week prior to competition. The notice must be signed by you and your parent.

Each year the competition is based on a predefined theme. The theme for 2024-25 is Our Changing Climate. 

Regional competition will held on January 14, 15, 24 and 25. Must be able to compete on all competition days.
