I mean, look at you, I know everything you’ve gone through since the day we were born. You know as well as I do what characteristics we have. I know we’re introverted, quiet, and I know we try to be modest, but you know as well as I do that those parts of us aren’t all of us. We’re both well aware of our Indian heritage. After all, we can almost never shut up about how proud we are to be Indian despite being born in America. I know we revere our hard working parents and we’re both well aware of their flaws, but we love them regardless. Again, that’s not the end of the story, is it? We proudly believe in every peaceful aspect of Hinduism, our favorite being the belief of multiple lifetimes. We also hope for the day that our family’s prayers will be answered and our sister will be cured of her Autism. We both know how hard it made for us to focus on our education. I know as well as anyone else how since childhood, we’ve wanted to become a successful defense attorney, which definitely affected our academic choices. Most of all, I know about our dream of someday moving to our ancestral land of India and finally fully embrace our beautiful culture. These dreams, these hopes for the future, these beliefs are what make us who we are.
