The Application Process

We accept applications from students in current Year 11 from Ricards Lodge High School, Rutlish School and external Year 11 applicants.

RR6 Admission Arrangements can be found in the 2026 Merton Admissions policy site under the Community Schools link - Annex 1 HERE

Please note that completing the online application form takes approximately twenty minutes and you will need contact information for yourself and parents/carers to hand. You will also be asked to upload a passport sized photo of yourself so please have this ready.

When filling in the form you will need to follow the steps below when you first set up an account

1 - Click on the link above and then on Start New Application.

2 - When it's you're first time please click on "No I don't"

3 - You will need to add your personal email address and your school email address (if you have one)

4 - A verification email will be sent to both your email addresses - verify both and then a green box will come up on the applicaa page saying VERIFIED

5 - Click on "I am not a robot" whenever you are asked to in these steps

6 - You will then click on Continue to Next Step

7 - That takes you to the Student Registration page where you create a password for yourself - make it memorable and save it somewhere secure.

8 - You are then asked to agree to two privacy policies - you must click on the blue arrows to open and read each before it will let you confirm 

9 - Your account will then be created and your username will be your personal email address

These steps only happen the first time you log in 

The deadline for applications is 4pm Friday 16th January 2026.  Any applications after that date will join our waiting list.

The interview process will then take place between November and February.

Please note: students whose predicted grades do not meet our entry requirements will not be offered an interview and will be notified of this via email.

Offers of places for successful applicants are sent out via email directly to the student, and all successful applicants who accept and confirm their offer for a place for September 2026 by the deadline provided , will be expected to then attend both the Induction Days on Monday 29th June and Tuesday 30th June 2026. Please add this to your family calendars if you accept an offer of a place at RR6.
