@PUSD Seniors: As you receive your college acceptances and need to send final transcripts, please be aware of the following:
Option 1: Use Parchment.com to send transcripts. ( The preferred option)
We urge you to sign-up with Parchment.com using the access code that was sent to you earlier this month.
Access the website directly OR through the DRHS website. Once on the DR website, click “Transcripts” found at the top-right of the site.
Use your “Access Code” to set-up your account. Access codes were sent earlier this year. If you cannot find your Access Code, please email our Registrar, nikia.webster@pusd.org.
Through Parchment.com, you have four annual fee waivers. (Four transcripts will be sent free of charge.) You may send official or unofficial transcripts.
Official Transcripts are the ones you should send to the institution you will attend after your final grades are recorded at the end of the school year. The transcript will be sent electronically to the institution.
Final Transcripts (the transcript that has all grades including Semester 2 grades that you send to the college, university, or school you decide to attend) will be sent via Parchment.com. So, make sure you save one of your fee waivers for that request. When you request these transcripts, mark them "Hold for Final Grades."
Option 2: Use the DRHS website Online Request for Records
Due to COVID19, in-person access at Diamond Ranch is limited; therefore, there is limited pickup of transcripts on campus.
The Registrar is not allowed to email official records. Records will be sent via USPS.
To request records this way, go to the DRHS website
Click “Our School”
Click “Registrar”
Click ‘online form”
If you have any questions, contact our Registrar, Mrs. Nikia Webster at (909) 397-4715, ext 32453 or via email at nikia.webster@pusd.org
