and another email explaining how we are going to do English class - copied below.

"If you have me, Mrs. Westerbeck, for English, I will be using email to communicate to you what class activities we are doing.

We do not know the schedule yet of when each teacher at IHS is "doing" class. I expect that schedule to be out before Monday morning.

We are expecting to have English class twice a week. On those days it will not matter when you log in to check your email as I do not plan to use Zoom or other time-sensitive, group methods. I will explain in the email what activities we are doing that day. They will probably be a google doc, a google form, Noodletools, or something online in the iLit program. I will list on my school website what we did each day and remind you to check email to see specifics.

It would be great if you use the extra time to get caught up with any missing assignments in all of your classes. Let me know what you are struggling with, and I will see about getting you some support and help (Wednesdays are probably going to be support days).

Let me know what questions you have"
