About

Mrs. Andrick

A little bit about me as a teacher...My teaching career began in 2001 in Louisville, Kentucky (Jefferson County Public Schools). I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade in downtown Louisville at Engelhard Elementary for 4 years. In June of 2005, my husband (Jeremiah) and I moved to Redmond. I began teaching 6th grade at Fernwood in September 2005 and then moved to 5th grade in 2006. I arrived at Canyon Creek in 2007 and taught 3rd grade for five years. During my time in 3rd grade, I received my National Board Certification (November, 2009). After teaching 3rd grade, I then moved to 1st grade at Canyon Creek for seven years. In September 2019, I moved to Wellington Elementary and began teaching 2nd grade EAP.

A little bit about my family... My husband worked for Microsoft, which is what brought us to Washington in 2005. He now works for Vicis and is their Director of E-Commerce and Growth Marketing. We have two dogs named Violet & Ruby. We look forward to having children someday. Our extended family lives in Kentucky, North Dakota, and California, so we're definitely a long way from home. We are enjoying living here in Washington though. In December of 2005, we finished building our home in Duvall where we currently live.
