Registration Info

You will go to this link at the NCHS main website to register your student for Swim & Dive. This link will outline all fees and registration requirements for school sport participation.

All athletes are required to have the NSD medical physical form completed by a doctor and turn it into the athletic secretary (spearson@nsd.org)

Each athlete is required to purchase an ASB sticker ($65) and the sports participation fee ($300). All payments can be made at the cashier's office in at North Creek or online via TouchBase.
