Welcome to Yoga
This class is designed for students of all abilities. Whether you take a yoga class once a week or you only know what downward dog is, you will find success and challenges in this class.
In this course you will learn how to do basic yoga poses safely and with proper form. Throughout the course you will gain the knowledge to practice yoga on your own using safe and proper techniques. You will note the progress of your poses by self reflections and peer and teacher feedback using the seesaw app.
We will also focus on some relaxation techniques and mindfulness to help manage our busy lives.
To assess your knowledge (part of the final) you and a peer group will design a yoga flow/routine to perform in front of the class.
