Ideas for Coping and Getting Help:

  • Call or talk with a supportive family member or friend.

  • Go on a walk, write in a journal, play with a pet, listen to music or do an activity that is safe that you enjoy.

  • Practice deep breathing and mindfulness activities. You've come to to right spot!

  • Call Teen Link: 206-461-4922, 6:00-10:00 pm nightly, staffed by teens. www.teenlink.org

  • Text Teen Link: Wednesday’s 6pm-9:30 pm, 866-833-6546.

  • National suicide prevention crisis line: 1-800-273-TALK (8255). They will route you to a crisis center near you.

  • Dial 911 if you have an emergency and need help.
