Ms. Wynkoop has loved libraries since she was little. In fact, she has very vivid memories of her mom volunteering in her elementary school library and of taking trips to her neighborhood public library. Ms. Wynkoop lives in Seattle with her family (husband Keven, son Nolan and daughter Addy).
Ms. Wynkoop loves to learn through trying, sometimes over and over again! She has wild curly hair, loves a good silly joke and likes to bake.
Ms. Wynkoop is at Frank Love Elementary Monday through Friday.
Ms. Ginny loves thinking about what book(s) a particular student would love. Ms. Ginny has been a school librarian for many years, serving students in grades pre-K through 8th grade. Libraries are a lifetime love, going back to volunteering at the local public library as a Girl Scout.
Outside of the library, you can find her hiking the trails of the Pacific Northwest, browsing thrift stores, or pinned to a chair by her 18-year-old cat, Dalton. She loves chocolate and chips but tries to offset these weaknesses with lots of physical activity, including her newest passion, figure skating.
Ms. Ginny is at Frank Love Monday and Thursday afternoons. She is also the librarian at Arrowhead Elementary. vallemann@nsd.org
