How to Reset Your Child's Password

Supporting student password reset requests when school is held remotely:

*Parents may request a password reset for elementary and middle school students. High school students must request their own reset.*

  1. If you are having issues with your child’s log-in information and need to reset his or her password, please contact our School Technology Specialist (STS), Ben Huizenga, between the hours of 8:00AM - 3:00PM.

  1. You MUST be able to provide your students’ Northshore identification number. If you are not able to provide this information, the STS cannot assist with a password reset.

  2. The STS will then verify the parent phone number before providing assistance.

  3. Finally, the STS will direct you to navigate resetting the students password.
