Hello! Welcome to 1st Grade! My name is Megan Svendsen and I will be your first grade teacher along with Mrs. Sullivan. I am so excited for this year to begin!

I took the last school year off to be at home with my son, Griffin, who was born in May 2023. This year, Mrs. Sullivan and I are so lucky to be able to be at home with our babies for half of the week and teach for the other half. I will be at SV primarily on Thursdays and Fridays, and half of the Wednesdays. We have a calendar that outlines this. 

I am looking forward to meeting your students and can’t wait to get to know each one of them! It is going to be an awesome year with lots of learning!
