Welcome to Brain Train.
In Brain Train, your child will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives. This will help them improve their self-worth, creativity, and emotional intelligence while reducing behaviors like stress and anxiety. Research in the neuroscience of mindfulness has linked regular mindfulness practice to increased focus and attention span, among other behavioral advantages.

Our three-session classes cover stress-reduction tactics, gratitude exercises, self-esteem and characteristic explorations, and healthy nutrition. We'll also present eM-FloTM, an acronym for "emotional flossing"—our primary tool. This straightforward procedure, created by Nurse Wendy, uses social-emotional learning and mindfulness to assist kids in identifying, rating, and controlling their emotions.
