Hello Choir Students/Parents/Guardians,

Greetings to all from the Choral Music Department at Foley Public Schools! To those of you who are new to our high school choir program, we look forward to having you participate in one of the most active and exciting activities at FHS. The Foley High School choir program has what many choir programs strive for, a long standing tradition of excellence. It is an activity that takes some extra effort, but is extremely rewarding.

To our returning members: You know what it takes to achieve success as a member of the Foley High School choirs. We expect you to continue our high achievement and improvement through pride and commitment.

Students currently in grades 8-12 are eligible to participate in the Foley Falcons Marching Band. You DO NOT need to be in band to participate. We can use non-band students to fulfill other duties. Students in grades 6-7 will be allowed to participate based on parent and director recommendation.

The Marching Band is comprised of the following:

• Woodwind Players

• Brass Players

• Percussionists

• Color Guard - flags, rifles, dance, etc.

• Honor Line - band banner, American flag, other flags and honors
