About Ms. Burwick

About me:

• I'm originally from York, PA (near Amish country, Hershey Park) and moved to St. Paul, MN in 2016
• I play the violin primarily, but also play handbells in a handbell choir and some basic flute, guitar, and piano. I play violin in the Saint Paul Civic Symphony, and you can attend our concerts for free throughout the school year!
• My favorite composer is Mozart, but I love all classical music as well as alternative rock, pop, and bluegrass
• My favorite foods/drinks are chicken fingers, anything chocolate, and cappuccinos
• My favorite animals are dogs, bears, and sloths. I have a dog named Louie! We think he is a border collie/terrier mix. We adopted him from the Animal Humane Society in St. Paul.
• I take lessons too! I currently study with Jean De Vere, second violinist of the Minnesota Orchestra
