Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT)

All students in 3rd grade and 4th graders new to the district will take the CogAT in the fall. Information from this assessment will be used by staff to learn about the strengths of students and to help staff provide appropriate challenges. Scores will be sent home during the first week of November.

Parents will receive a report with a code that indicates your child's ability profile. Please refer to the the website www.cogat.com for more detailed information about this profile.
