Candy Bar Fundraiser sign-up

Simply fill out the above form to order your box. When the candy arrives at school, you can pay your $10 deposit when you pick up your box in Mr. Nagel's office in the Small Lab. Your deposit is returned to you when you finish selling the entire box. $20 will then be credited towards your 2019-20 Yearbook purchase. Sell 2 boxes and your Yearbook is free!

Each box has an assortment of 80 items that sell for $1.00 each.
