HELP DESK CONTACT INFORMATION

The Osseo School District Help Desk provides support for technical problems such as password difficulties, connectivity issues, phone, hardware and application support.

CONTACTING THE HELP DESK

Support is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on student days, and 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on non-student days. Create a help desk ticket through email by clicking the button to the right.


APPOINTMENT REQUESTS:

Administration is available to help support students and families, regardless of the learning model we are in. Please make an appointment if you would like to discuss concerns, needs, celebrate successes, or share ideas!

Our Counseling Department is available to support families with academics, resources, supports, 504 plans, and much more! Please request an appointment if there is anything we can help with.
