In preparation for the 2026 279Online Commencement Ceremony on June 7th, seniors should complete the following:
Required Credits
Advisory Assignments
Chromebook Collection
Fines/Fees (including $20 commencement fee)

REQUIRED CREDITS
Scholars must complete 64 credits in specific and elective courses to graduate from 279Online. They are also required to return any materials given to them by the school district at Senior Checkout on June 5th. Teachers will provide clearance to seniors based on whether the scholar will pass their course and have all materials turned in.
ADVISORY ASSIGNMENTS
All outstanding Advisory work from previous trimesters/years must be completed to graduate. These assignments should be submitted to Mrs. Dorn for review and clearance.
CHROMEBOOK COLLECTION
All Chromebooks and accessories must be returned on Friday, June 5th. Any damaged or missing items will be assessed a fee that must be paid before a senior can be cleared to graduate.
FINES/FEES
The following fees must be paid in EduTrak (debit or credit card only) before seniors will be cleared to graduate. Click here for information on how to link your scholar to your account: EduTrak Help or call the EduTrak Helpline at 1-800-934-2621.
Commencement Participation Fee: $20 (approved by ISD 279 School Board)
Outstanding Fees: fees may be viewed in EduTrak. Scholars will receive a fee statement from administration in the next few weeks.
PARCHMENT TRANSCRIPT RELEASE (Optional)
Seniors attending college in the fall must submit to have their final transcript sent to their school. (Tip: Use a personal email address. Your school email will be shut down after you graduate.)
