Welcome to the general music at Glacier Hills Elementary School! My name is Mrs. Utell and I have been the music teacher at Glacier Hills since 2015.  I taught k-6 general music previously in Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia.  My main instrument is French horn, but I have performed on piano, trumpet, percussion, and flute.  I graduated from the University of Minnesota and have a masters degree from George Mason University.  You might see me sometimes playing mellophone (marching french horn) in the alumni bands at football and mens hockey games at the U of M!
