What does the Booster Club do?
What does the Booster Club do?
The goal of the Booster Club is to support and enrich the experience the girls have on the team. The Booster Club discusses and makes decisions about how monies are used as well as some decisions about the team.
The Booster Club organizes fundraisers and other opportunities for the girls. In order to make these happen, we need volunteers.

Eastview Girls Golf Booster Club Meeting, May 18, 2026 @ Eastview High School
Attendees/Introductions: Eric Wilbur, Tonya Johnson, Darcy Boentje, Tamara Colucci, Joe Mathews
1. Finalize plans/tasks for end of season:
Posters: Valley Images or any other options? Darcy is going to call and decide on next steps.
Bag turn in on May 21 st : West Commons reserved 3-5pm, pizza, breadsticks and dessert.
End of Season Banquet: Sun, June 7 th 6-9pm: Italian buffet, las tortillas is catering.

Google Form RSVP: # of guests, Names, Gluten Free option, $40 Payment, Summer Fundraiser reminder, Open comments/questions

Silent auction; Big 10; raffle and normal raffle
4. Bag turn in, bag, umbrella, score/rules, mirrors all each have numbers. Thursday 3-5 May 21, 2026
If you are keeping a bag over the summer then there will be a $200 damage deposit. This could go towards your next year booster club fee.
Next meeting for Summer Tournament Planning: volunteer committees (registration, raffle, gift bags, setup, etc.) June 11 6pm @ Valleywood for committee
