Coach Becker has been teaching  Economics and Civics at EHS since 1994 and feels fortunate to be a part of this great school.  Besides his teaching responsibilities he coached JV Girls Golf for 10 years, Sophomore Football for 10 years, and Boys JV Hockey for 17 years. He has been a Link Crew Coordinator at EHS since 2006.  Coach Becker's son Reed is a product of The Eagan Boys Golf Program (thankfully he did not inherit his dad's swing) and is currently employed as a PGA Assistant Golf Professional at Cypress Point in The Monterey Peninsula.

Mission Statement:  As a coach, it is my mission to help young men reach their full potential as athletes and people of integrity.  There is no better game than golf to teach young men the values of honesty, perseverance, patience, humility, and loyalty to team.

Purpose Statement: I coach with the hope of improving an athletes belief in themselves... as competitors, teammates, friends, and productive citizens.  I coach, selfishly, to see kids laugh, experience joy, and deal with struggle while overcoming obstacles... I coach to assist and witness kids grow into men.
