Seniors will meet in the theater during homeroom to go over important information including graduation responsibilities and reminders.

Monday October 5th - Cap and Gown Order Day (CCHS Cafeteria)

Wedensday October 7th - CADY Studios Roadshow Senior Portraits (Aux Gym)
CADY Studios will be at CCHS to take senior photos for all students who have booked appointments. Please see the instructions on the announcements page for more information on how to book, and speak with Mrs. Oaks directly with questions about Senior Photos

Wedensday December 9th - Final Day to Book Senior Photo Sessions

JANUARY
TBD - Senior Class Meeting (CCHS Theater)
Seniors will meet in the theater during homerom to go over important dates and responsibilities for graduation. We will review dress code, ticketing, attendance requirements for the graduation ceremony, etc.
FEBRUARY
Tuesday February 23rd - Cap and Gown Delivery Day (CCHS Cafeteria)
Jostens representatives will be in the cafeteria during all lunches to distribute caps, gowns, and other graduation items to students who have purchased them. Any unclaimed items will be located in Ms. Moody's room (208) and senior should make arrangements with Ms. Moody to come and pick them up.
MARCH
APRIL
TBD - Elementary School Walks (CCHS Cafeteria)
Students who have filled out permission slips and turned them in to Ms. Moody will be dismissed from their first block class to the Cafeteria for check in. From there, they will be transported to either Bethal and AT Allen Elementary OR Patriots and Rocky River Elementary. Students should wear their caps, gowns, and any cords or stoles that they have, as well as appropriate attire underneath (you do not need to dress up, just ensure that what you are wearing is appropriate for an elementary school and meets all dress code requirements).
MAY
Friday May 14th During 1st and 2nd Block - Graduation Rehearsal #1 (CCHS Gym)
Students will be dismissed from their first block class to the gym to participate in graduation rehearsal #1. Students should come dressed in their caps, gowns, and the outfit and shoes that they plan on wearing the graduation ceremony. Students will receive GPA Honor Cords, confirm their name pronunciation, have their outfits checked for dress code adherance, and settle up final fees at this time. Attendance is mandatory unless students have previously discussed a planned absence with Ms. Moody directly.
Friday May 14th During 4th Block - Senior Picnic (CCHS Stadium)
Seniors are invited to attend the Senior Picnic during 4th block after Graduation Rehearsal #1. There will be food, lawn games, music, and students will receive their yearbooks if one was ordered. Students who owe fees will not be permitted to attend the Senior Picnic.
Monday May 24th at 12:30PM - Graduation Rehearsal #2 (Cabarrus Arena and Events Center)
Students must self-transport to the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center (4751 State Hwy 49, Concord, NC 28025) promptly at 12:30. Students do not need to come dressed in their graduation attire UNLESS they did not get their outfit checked during Graduation Rehearsal #1. Students will receive their graduation tickets, freshmen letters, and important information about missing fees, missing technology, and transcripts at this time. Attendance is mandatory unless students have previously discussed a planned absence with Ms. Moody directly.
Thursday May 27th at 12:30PM - CCHS Graduation 2027 (Cabarrus Arena and Events Center)
Students must self-transport to the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center (4751 State Hwy 49, Concord, NC 28025) promptly at 11:00AM. Guests may begin arriving at TBD, and the ceremony will begin at 11:30AM. Students should wear their full graduation attire, including cap, gown, approved outfit and shoes, and approved stoles and/or cords.
