Screenings are held three days each spring.   The Little Archer and Little Arrow preschools are open to Antwerp School District residents who will be at least 3 years old before October 1 of the upcoming school year.  

To register your child for screening, please click on the link to the right.  The form will open in January 2026.

We require the following documents to be provided BEFORE the start of preschool in the fall. They should be brought to the screening if possible:

• Certified Birth Certificate (from the Health Department)

• Certified Birth Certificate (from Health Department)

• Physical Examination Report (completed by physician)

• Immunization records (from health department or physician)

• Custody papers (if applicable)

• Proof of residency (i.e., current utility bill)

• Online registration (Antwerp OneView Portal)
