When PHS students graduate, the goal is for all of our students to be either College and/or Career Ready.
When PHS students graduate, the goal is for all of our students to be either College and/or Career Ready.
The following are the ways to accomplish this:
College Readiness:
ACT composite score of 20 or higher
SAT score of 1040 or higher
Passed an AP exam (3 or higher)
Passed Dual credit in English/Math/STEM courses (6 hours)
Career Readiness:
WIN test result of silver, gold, or platinum
ASVAB score of 31 or higher
Completed CATE program along with an industry credential
Currently are employed, working a total of 40 hours and have filled out the necessary employment paperwork
Students who are not CCR going into their Senior year, will not be eligible for late arrival or early release.
