About Me
Welcome to 8th Grade! I'm so excited to have you in my class this year! My name is Whitney Nash and I've been teaching since 2004. I began my career teaching elementary school, but I took a few years off to stay home with my kids. When I returned to the classroom in 2019, I joined the Wren Middle School family and can't imagine a better place to be!
I have been married to my husband, Judd, for 19 years and we have 2 children - Bray, who is in ninth grade at Wren High, and Jack, who is in sixth grade here at Wren Middle. Bray keeps us busy with dance! She is a member of the Wren High School Category V Dance Team as well as a member of the Senior Jazz Company at Upstate Carolina Dance Center. Jack loves to play baseball, and he excited to play travel ball this fall! We enjoy traveling as a family as much as we can, and of course, cheering for our Clemson Tigers! Even my husband Judd, who still mainly cheers for his Auburn Tigers, but we forgive him and love him anyway. :)
I can't wait to get to know each of my new students throughout the year. I hope by the end of the year, you each feel like part of a family - so with that, welcome to the family!!
