I am so glad to start my third year here at PVES.  This is my 10th year teaching in elementary education. Before moving to ASD1, I taught 3rd Grade for seven years in Pickens County.  I graduated from Anderson University in 2015 with my Bachelors in Elementary Education.  It is a joy to teach, and I can confidently say that it is my calling.  I’ve had the pleasure of being a Master Teacher in Clemson’s Teacher Residency Program. I thoroughly enjoy mentoring new teachers and learning alongside them.  I grew up in Easley, and went to Easley High School. My husband, Dustin, and I currently live in Williamston.  We attend White Plains Baptist Church and try to be very involved in our community.  When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with friends, hiking, kayaking, baking and singing/playing music.  Dustin plays with many local bluegrass bands, and we like to attend music festivals and sing in the choir and worship team at church.  I have a sweet kitty cat named Cici (pusheen) and a German Shepherd named Manse.

I am so happy to be looping up from 4th to 5th with my awesome class this year!  This will be a year to remember!
