Hi! I'm Laura Allison Baum, and I'm super excited to start my 19th year as a middle school teacher. My husband, Brian, and I live on a farm in Belton. We have two children: Patrick (14) and Makenzie (12). I have been teaching at Wren Middle School for thirteen years. I've taught sixth and seventh grade here at Wren, but now that I'm settled in eighth grade, it feels like home. When I'm not at school, I enjoy reading, cooking, making jelly, being in the sunshine, playing volleyball, and spending time with my family.
