About me

Hello! My name is Jacob Sprague and I will be your child's Social Studies teacher. I am so excited to begin this journey with my students this year!  I strive to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe, heard, loved, and inspired.  Let's have the best journey together!

I was born and raised in Williamston and attended Anderson One schools my entire life.  I graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Elementary Education.  This is my fourth year at Wren Middle, where I once called it home as a student!  I always had such positive connections and relationships with my teachers.  This is what helped plant the seed for a life as an educator!  Since beginning, I desire valuable relationships with all of my students, and experiencing the lightbulb "ah-ha" moment in their lives!  In my spare time, I love to spend time with family/friends, enjoy a great book, go to the beach, or watch a movie!
