Where do I pick up my APP Week badge?

Badge pick up is located at reception. Each attendee will receive a lanyard badge including their name and team on May 4th. Please wear your badge to the office each day as this will be how security identifies you as an employee. Please wear your APP Week badge even if you already have a permanent badge. 

Will meals be provided?

Yes! Our on site culinary team will have breakfast and lunch prepared in the Cafe every day.

We politely ask all attendees to take part in all pre-planned meals on your calendar. We have considered all allergies and dietary restrictions. If you have any questions on dietary restrictions, please email facilities@applovin.com.

Will there be coffee pop ups daily?

How do I know where to sit or if a desk is available? Can we reserve a desk?

All teams will have a dedicated work space in the Palo Alto office, please reference the map in the lobby or scan the QR code on your badge for office map.

If I have a general IT/ desktop support question, who do I contact?

Request IT support by submitting a ticket with the IT Service Desk or emailing it@applovin.com. Consider sending a ticket ahead of time, as our IT representatives will be seeing a high influx of on-site demand this week.

Computer Accessories / IT peripherals

The office will have a grab and go station available with a limited quantity of keyboards, computer mouse, power adapters, etc. The station will be located on the second floor walkway near the elevators. We encourage everyone to bring any accessories they will need from home.

Does the office have coffee, snacks, beverages, etc.?

Yes! The office will be stocked daily with coffee, a variety of beverages (sodas, iced teas, sparkling water, filtered water), snacks (fruit, nuts, chips, candy), and much more!

What's the weather like in Palo Alto?

May is generally one of the nicest months of the year—mild, sunny, and very comfortable. The average temperature ranges from low 50s F in the morning to mid 80s F. Think “light sweater mornings, T-shirt afternoons.”

Are there EV chargers in the office?

Yes, there are EV chargers on a first come first serve basis on the surface level and garage level. Please move your vehicle after you are fully charged so others can charge. Join the slack channel #evchargers for any updates during app week. 

Where is the Wellness Expo located?

The wellness expo is located in the courtyard behind the building under the tents.

Can I use the Fitness Center at the office?

Employees who would like to use the fitness center at the AppLovin office must fill out a GSOC ticket and request the waiver for the gym HERE.

Where is the Spring Social located at this year?

What if I need to change my plus one(s) to the Spring Social?

I'm traveling in for the week, what ride share services are available?
The company is providing Lyft codes for employees during the week. Please be sure to use the code assigned to your department type, as different teams have different codes.
