Terms of Use

Introduction

Welcome to SpeakPic: Voice Photo Edit (the “App”), owned and operated by Appisode LLC (“Appisode”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

The App enables users to:

Edit photos by providing voice commands.
Apply enhancements such as color correction, sharpening, or blur removal.
Change personal appearance features (e.g., outfits, hairstyles).
Redesign images by removing objects, changing backgrounds, or adding new elements.
Generate creative edits such as interior redesigns or playful modifications.

All edits are generated through artificial intelligence (AI) based on user voice input.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App.
By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree not to use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Account Registration and Security

Some features may require you to register for an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify Appisode immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Appisode is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account.

License Grant

Appisode grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Use the App to generate unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

User Content

Submissions

The App allows you to upload and edit images, and to submit voice instructions (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

License to Appisode

By submitting User Content, you grant Appisode a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

Infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.
Contains obscene, defamatory, hateful, or harmful material.
Violates laws or regulations.
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.

Appisode may remove any content that violates these Terms.

AI Disclaimer

All edits, enhancements, and modifications are generated by AI in response to user input.
Results may not be accurate, realistic, or suitable for professional use.
The App is intended for personal, entertainment, and creative purposes only.
Appisode makes no guarantees regarding the quality, reliability, or accuracy of AI outputs.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial exploitation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the App.
Upload spam, unsolicited advertisements, or harmful content.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
APPISODE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND RELIABILITY OF OUTPUTS.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will function without interruption or errors.
AI-generated outputs will be accurate, realistic, or useful for any specific purpose.
Errors or defects will be corrected.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Appisode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Appisode’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Appisode, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your:

Use or misuse of the App.
Violation of these Terms.
Violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Termination

Appisode may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California, US.

Communications

By using the App, you consent to receive communications electronically. Notices will be sent to the email associated with your account or published within the App.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Appisode regarding the App.
Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive Appisode’s right to enforce it later.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; Appisode may assign without restriction.

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used by Appisode without obligation or compensation.
