Privacy Policy

This document "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") is the terms and conditions for collection and use of the Personal information of the User (hereinafter referred to also as "You") by Appisode LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Appisode") during download, installation and use of the mobile application Slow Fit: Tai Chi for Seniors (hereinafter referred to as "Mobile application").

USER'S CONSENT

By downloading, installing and using the Mobile application you (hereinafter also referred to as "User") with your own free will and for your benefit give your written consent to the processing of User's Personal Information for the purposes and under the terms and conditions stipulated by this Policy.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the End User License Agreement for the Mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "EULA"). Therefore, when executing the above said EULA by methods defined therein including by downloading, installation and using the Mobile application you fully accept the terms of this Policy.
1.2. Methods of processing of Personal Information include any action (operation) or a combination of actions (operations) with Personal Information including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating (refreshment, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction with/without the use of automated facilities.
1.3. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and business practice.

2. Personal Information

2.1. When using the Mobile application for its intended purpose, User may provide certain information voluntarily. Appisode collects only the minimum personal data required to provide the functionality of the app.

2.2. Personal Information in this Policy includes:
2.2.1. User’s e-mail (if User subscribes to newsletters, reminders, feedback surveys or premium services).
2.2.2. Fitness profile data voluntarily provided by the User, which may include:

• fitness level,
  
  

• personal goals (e.g., strength, flexibility, balance),
  
  

• preferred workout duration,
  
  

• selected training plan.
  
  

2.2.3. Non-identifiable activity data such as workout logs, durations, completion history, reminders, and progress tracking.
2.2.4. Depersonalized technical data transmitted automatically: device identifiers, language, time zone, operating system version, screen resolution, and in-app activity.

2.3. User acknowledges and accepts that third-party analytics software may operate within the Mobile application and may collect depersonalized data as described in 2.2.4.

Appisode does not control data processing by these third parties; their policies apply.

2.4. Appisode does not collect health records, medical conditions, or biometric data.
2.5. Appisode does not verify the accuracy of information provided by the User and assumes the User acts in good faith.

3. Legal Basis of Processing

Appisode processes Personal Information on the basis of:
3.1. User’s consent,
3.2. necessity to provide the core functionality of the Mobile application (personalized workouts, reminders, progress tracking).

4. Policy Regarding Children

4.1. Appisode does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 16, does not target minors, and does not permit them to use the Mobile application.
4.2. If Appisode learns that information was collected from a child under 16, it will be deleted immediately.

5. Purposes of Processing Personal Information

Appisode LLC may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

5.1. To provide the core features of the Mobile application, including:

• creation of customized Tai Chi workout plans,
  
  

• progress tracking,
  
  

• daily practice reminders,
  
  

• adaptation of training intensity based on User profile.
  
  

5.2. To communicate with the User via email for:

• support,
  
  

• updates,
  
  

• marketing messages (User may opt out anytime).
  
  

5.3. To perform statistical, analytical, or research activities using depersonalized data to improve the Mobile application.

5.4. To target advertising or informational materials using depersonalized analytics data.

6. User’s Rights

User has the right to:

• be informed about collection and processing of personal data;
  
  

• access, correct or update personal data;
  
  

• restrict or object to processing where applicable;
  
  

• withdraw consent at any time;
  
  

• request deletion of personal data;
  
  

• request data portability (structured, machine-readable format);
  
  

• not be subject to automated decisions that produce legal or significant effects.
  
  

Requests may require identity verification.

7. Personal Information Storage & Retention

7.1. Personal Information is stored only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by applicable law.
7.2. Fitness profile data and progress logs are stored as long as the User has an active app account.
7.3. Upon request or account deletion, Appisode will delete Personal Information within a reasonable time frame.

8. Protection of Personal Information

8.1. Appisode stores Personal Information and protects it from unauthorized access according to internal procedures.
8.2. Appisode maintains confidentiality of User’s Personal Information.

9. Transfer of Personal Information

Appisode may transfer Personal Information to third parties only in the following cases:
9.1. User has provided explicit consent;
9.2. Transfer is necessary for the app’s functionality;
9.3. Third-party service providers (analytics, storage, email) need data to perform services for Appisode;
9.4. In case of partial or full transfer of Appisode assets to third parties;
9.5. Upon lawful request by authorities;
9.6. To protect Appisode’s rights and legitimate interests.

10. Amendments & Deletion of Personal Information

10.1. Questions or requests relating to User’s Personal Information can be sent to engin@appisode.ai.

11. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

11.1. Appisode may amend this Policy unilaterally without prior notice.
11.2. The new version becomes effective upon publication.
