1. Introduction NEXUS Bridge ("we," "our," or "the Extension") is a workflow automation and data productivity tool designed to streamline data entry into the NEXUS CRM. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data remains secure. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome Extension interacts with your data.
2. Data Collection and Usage The NEXUS Bridge is built strictly for targeted workflow automation.
Explicit Action Required: The Extension does not monitor, collect, or scrape data in the background. Data extraction only occurs when you explicitly click the "Sync" or "Bulk Sync" action buttons.
What We Extract: When triggered, the Extension extracts the specific data records visible on your supported workspace pages to structure them for your CRM.
Where Your Data Goes: The extracted data is immediately and securely transmitted via HTTPS directly to your connected NEXUS CRM database infrastructure.
3. Data Storage
Local Storage: The Extension uses Chrome's local storage temporarily to track the progress of active automation sequences (e.g., knowing which page to navigate to next). This operational state data remains strictly on your local device.
No Middlemen: We do not route your extracted data through any third-party servers, middleware, or analytics trackers. Data flows directly from your browser to your secure database.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data, scraped data, or browsing history with any third parties. The Extension contains no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
5. Permissions The Extension requires specific browser permissions (such as tabs, activeTab, storage, and power) solely to inject the automation UI, manage multi-page data extraction sequences, prevent crashes during bulk operations, and route data to your database. These permissions are strictly limited to the operational needs of the tool.
6. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect modifications to our workflow automation features. Any changes will be updated within the Chrome Web Store listing.
